PRVC...ano kaya ung hassle sa immigration papers at processing kung gagamitin ni mrs ung maiden name nya?

Hi, ako naman I changed my last name na para walang hassle sa immigration papers/processing. It took me a while lang talaga to file. June ang wedding then November pa ako nag-file. August naman ako nakapagparenew ng passport, I waited pa kasi doon sa MC. Then almost a month bago ako nakapagpa-sched sa DFA dahil laging puno. Then I changed all my IDs na rin including PRC na narelease after 2 months.. Imagine.. October na nung narelease PRC license ko. Hehe. Anyway, it's up to you kung ayaw niyo na magpalit ng last name kasi sobrang hassle, I swear. Just make sure lang na valid ang passport niya for up to 18 months (I think? Correct me if I'm wrong here, kasi 12 months ang maximum processing time + 6 months validity kapag nagtravel ka).

About sa Marriage Certificate naman, makukuha mo siya after 3-4 weeks after the wedding kung may advanced endorsement. Then get na rin kayo ng Advisory on Marriages (AOM) niyo (Sponsor at PA).

I am the sponsor (husband). Wife in the Philippines to be sponsored (Ok lng ba guys na gamitin ang maiden name nya para di na muna namin papalitan ung passport at ibang ID's nya?)

Gaya ng sinabi nyo, di nyo na pinalitan ung maiden name nyo. Pero kung ireverse natin un? Tingin nyo ok lng? May same case kaya dito sa forum na ganito ang ginawa?

well i think wala naman magging problema un..sbi nga basta match ang mga imprtant docs and requirements ok lang.i havent changed my maiden name yet cause when i tried to change it when i got married june2016 Canada Revenue and ottawa city hall advised me to change it when my ids and passport are expired that way it wont be too hard for me to do it..important thing is you have declared that you are married and have changed your status i guess theres nothing to worry about..

Ung passport ni mrs, til 2020 pa ang validity so I guess to submit it ASAP, we can just use her maiden name

Aw. Sayang naman! You can't submit pa naman the app kung walang MC. Tips? You only have the maximum limit of including 20 photos, choose wisely. Since new spousal kit na yan, limited lang din knowledge ko about it. Basta if you have questions, ask ka lang dito sa forum, by the time na masubmit mo yan, marami na rin ang nakapagpasa so mas marami na rin makakapag-share ng exp/info. But you can start browsing the questionnaire na para may idea na kayo sa mga kailangan ninyo. Gather the required documents/evidences/proof of relationship na rin.

When i applied numg 2014 hindi pa sya annuled kaya hindi ko sya pwede ipasok sa commonlaw kasi technically married pa sya at the same time hindi kami nagsasama kaya all throughout single yung application ko Pero nung nakuha ko na yung medical request ko (may 2016) nag resign nako at umuwi nako ng province at inantay ko na lang yung PPR ko.

Now ang tanong ko mag fall ba yung case ko under common law? Diba kapag common dapat nagsama at least a year? If pakasalan ko ba sya pagumuwi ako ng June wala pwede ko sya sponsoran kahit wala pa akong work?

Yes po naka declare anak ko at may visa sya. yung ina ang gusto ko makuha para mgsama na kami dito sa canada.

Sa tingin ko po d nyo po pwede sponsor as a common law dhl di po kau nag live in.. pero pwede mo po i declare anak nyo kung sakali.. divorced na po ba sya?

Hello to all,

I have issues with my application, i already submitted the documents they wanted me to complete and i sent it using email to their email address: MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca , however i received another letter last february 14, 2017 indicating that i haven't completed the remaining documents they ask. I'm already confuse because the letter said that we do not meet the requirements for immigration to canada. I stayed already in canada 2 times for almost 3 years. When i came back to manila i start processing in order for me to have my permanent residency application started. But like what i said we do not meet the requirement , what next should i take , i found some sites that we must go through appeal division .

Yes na annuled po sya ng August 2014. So from there annuled status na sya. At opo hindi ko po talaga dineclare sa application ko during early stage even nung naka kuha ako ng LOA from CIC kasi ang understanding ko ng common-law eh should live at least 12mos minimum at some banks na "and" accounts. Eh ang case ko naman po eh nag work ako sa Manila while she lives in the Province. nagkkita lang kami date kami or labas kami ng bata kapag umuuwi ako during holiday vacation. considered ba un as commonlaw kung nagkkta lang kapag umuuwi sa vacation? then nung lumabas ang Medical Request ko ng May 2016 dun na ako umuwi ng province but nag stay ako sa parents house ko tapos nagkkta na kami lagi lagi.

so my case is not considered as common law right? at tama lang na nde ko sya dineclare dahil nga nde kami nagsama dahil nag work ako sa manila at she stayed sa province?

After re-reading your previous posts, it's good to know that' you're able to declare your child prior to landing in Canada.

About the common-law question:- You are not common-law since hindi kayo nagsama for 12 consecutive months so Ok lang na hindi mo sya na-declare.

Question for you though before you two can be married. Although you mentioned that she's been annulled since 2014,- Would you know if she has been issued yet the Decree of Annulment?

SIR/MAM yes po may annotation na ata sa NSO yung birth certificate nya at bumalik na po sa maiden name yung NSO birth certificate nya. nasa kanya din ung notarized and signatured finality ng annulment nya.

Wag po "ata". Dapat 100% sure Better din na now pa lang ipa-request mo na sya ng CENOMAR nya para sure na sure na talaga. Valid naman for 6 months ang CENOMAR so if you two plan to marry on June, by May or early June (depends on your target wedding date) pa lang for sure meron na kayo Marriage License. IF in any case ang ibigay sa kanya ng PSA (then NSO) is AOM, which means nasa PSA system pa din na married pa din sya, MAKE SURE na meron si GF mo na Decree of Annulment.

Better if meron sya Decree of Annulment. Pa-request mo na lang sya sa PSA ng Certificate of Marriage (COM) nya. Dapat annotated na yung COM nya.
