I noticed background check needed is "in progress" but we still haven't recovered the pre-arrival services email. Has this happened to any of you?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. When I got my GCMS notes I found out that a lot of the things that CIC sends us are sent in bulk (like the AOR). I don't know if there are a lot of applicants from Korea, and I suspect that they'll have to select a different template for you to show services available in Korea instead of services available in Manila. You might even get the PPR before you get a pre-arrival services email. Good luck! And congratulations on your background check being in progress! That may seem like such a small thing, but it shouldn't be too long now.

Once annulled, pwede na po siya magpakasal ulet. Legal separation is, by law wala na po sila marital obligation to live together, and conjugal properties are terminated pero kasal pa din po sila. So in short, di pa din sila pwede magpakasal sa iba sa legal separation.

papano po kung kinasal sila sa ibang bansa at registered ang kasal nila dun s DFA? my chance po b n mapawalang-bisa yung kasal nila kpag nag-file sya ng divorce kung saang bansa sila kinasal?

Naforward kasi ng VFS ung passport ko nung dec 19 sa CEM . Closed/approved na sa mycic Dec 22 until now wala pa aq news about my PP . still in process sa CEM eh
Baka may nag VOH na sainyo
LY ung nag PpR sakin bka may mga kabatch aq dto hehe

Most likely, Yes! Based on previous posts yung iba within a week or 2 PPR na as soon as ma-received ang re-med result (basta walang problema, op kors )

Based on my experience, I divorced my ex sa Canada and got married to my now husband in Canada as well, then applied for Inland Spousal wala naman naging problema, although kasal pako sa ex ko sa Pinas. Walang geographical limitation ang Canadian embassy. Hope this helps..and as long as recognized yung divorce sa bansang yun, ok lng yun. Di naman kayo papakasal sa Pinas di ba?

Based on my experience, I divorced my ex sa Canada and got married to my now husband in Canada as well, then applied for Inland Spousal wala naman naging problema, although kasal pako sa ex ko sa Pinas. Walang geographical limitation ang Canadian embassy. Hope this helps..and as long as recognized yung divorce sa bansang yun, ok lng yun. Di naman kayo papakasal sa Pinas di ba?

Tanong ko lang kailan mo na link ang application sa myCIC? After you received AOR2? I already have SA pero wala AOR2, Naka ilang try na ako i link ang application to myCIC kaso wala talaga.

hi nalink ko application namin nung dec 15.after aor2 received nov3. then wala na progress after im assuming ksi bka holiday season kaya ganun po pero evrything is paid and provides so hoping po na smooth ang processing..
