Hi,

We received a doc request on Nov2 and sent the document via email on Nov10. Received an auto-reply at that time but have seen no changes online and no response from MVO since that time. How do I know they even received what I sent them? I've requested notes but want to be sure they received our email. Should I be worried? Can I call them?

I think, you don't have to worry about it, same with me no updates after receiving their email confirmation regarding documents I sent them. It also says there that we will be hearing from them after 28 days - from the day they received our email, if ever there are missing requirements. If none, then we just have to wait and consider our applications in process and in good standing. Therefore, we have to be happy that we are not hearing from them yet, probably what we should be considering is our PPR to arrive. Let us focus ourselves waiting for PPR instead of worrying much about the documents we sent as we have proof that they received it.
