Kapag may specification po ng photograph usually sinasama po nila yun sa letter nila. example po yung kapag nag PPR ka, meron sila bigay na separate page for photo specifications. meron po bang binigay na specifications dun sa letter?

Hi, have a safe trip! Based from your time, I can see, correct if am wrong, from AOR2, it took like 7 months waiting? Is there any update from eCas within that period of time. I know you know how hard it its to wait... but what can you suggest or recommend to do while waiting for that long period of time, although we have to bear in mind, the process is 13 months. thanks a lot and again, congratulation and a safe and happy trip.

Ask ko lang po, sa mga nababasa ko po kasi dito parang ang kakapal ng mga envelope na pinapadala sa CIC na application. I double checked the needed documents, lahat naman meron kami pero parang ang nipis ng akin. Sanity check please, what are all the documents required? I am just waiting for my partner and his kids' medical to submit our application.

Mine was less than 2 kilograms heavy. Nagkasya lang sa malaking envelope tapos Canada post ko lang pinadala. So far background check in progress na kami since last week. Hiningi lang nila samin na additional yung explanation ng long periods of unemployment ni hubby. Depende sa case kasi, pero kung lahat naman ng proof andun okay lang na manipis. 10 year age gap kami, si hubby ang older. Both Filipino, with one dependent na dito ko na pinanganak sa Canada. PR ako. Just to give you an idea po.

Just wondering, cos ours still on check eligibility and they asked for addtl proof of relationship, which we sent Sept 22..

So far, both Review of Eligibility and Background Check are In Progress. I just don't know the exact date when they started to be "In Progress" because I've just linked my husband's account to myCIC last week.hehe Regarding the additional documents, we were just asked to provide AOM and sponsor BC. They haven't asked any additional proof of relationship from us so far. We've sent them our pictures, letters, money transfer receipts, emails, fb messages and even our viber messages. What were the documents you sent to prove your relationship? Maybe the VO wasn't satisfied with what you sent them that's why he/she asked for additional ones.

Ohh. Nauna lng sya saamin Oct 20 lng ako natanggap nah AOR2 po. So ikaw yung principal sponsor po? Ako yung hubby ko. Sabi nila mas matagal daw kapag may anak daw. Mas mabilis pa proseso ng spouse daw po? ako nga araw2x chinicheck ko palagi yung status ko sa cic pero wla bago. Hayyyy

Hi! I need your help. Anyone here received a similar letter from their Visa Office?

Based on the documents you submitted, I am not satisfied that your sponsor intends to reside in Canada once you obtain your status as a permanent resident.

If your sponsor can demonstrate that he will reside in Canada before or when you become a permanent resident, it may be possible to proceed with your application.

He was already approved as a sponsor and my file transfer was Aug. 16, 2016 to the Visa Office here in Manila. We are both in Manila and he has been living here for 4 yrs already.

Anyone with similar situation as mine? Pls. advise what proof to send. Thank you.
