Sponsoring aunt to Canada?

Hello. What are the chances my aunt will be able to emigrate to Canada? What can I or my family do to get her to Canada?

1) I'm single. I live with my sister and my mother. We all are employed. Sister is also single.
2) Aunt is single, no dependents. No job/income but has properties. Country: Philippines. 58 years old.

She has been denied TWICE applying for a tourist visa. I am thinking it'd be better for us to just sponsor her to come to Canada since that is the end-goal anyway. She has no immediate family where she lives. Mom's and aunt's other sister lives 5 hours away. Is family reunification grounds for sponsorship?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is no way that you can sponsor your aunt because you already have a family in Canada - sister and mother. You can only sponsor a relative IF you don't have anyone in Canada OR you don't have any living immediate family - parents and siblings.

As per CIC site:

You may sponsor one relative, related by blood or adoption, of any age if you meet all of the following conditions:

you do not have a spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner, or one of the following living relatives you could sponsor instead:
son or daughter,
parent,
grandparent,
brother or sister,
uncle, aunt,
nephew or niece.

What do you mean I can't petition her and she has to do it on her own? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a petition?

As a Canadian/PR, you can only sponsor your spouse, kids, and parents. IF none of them are living, you may sponsor your siblings OR other relatives. In your case, your mom and sister are alive and living with you in Canada.

Yes, di na kayo kelangan ng AOM kasi di naman kayo kasal. Need niyo lng solid proof kapag conjugal relationship like joint account or investments, bills and etc.

Kailangan mong kumuha ng CENOMAR nyo both ng sponsor mo. AS a conjugal partner may form kayong ifillup magpartner at kasama sa forms nadodownload yan. about dependent above 18 and above yes need mo provide ng CENOMAR at transcript of record(photocopy) sa school pr di na nila hingan sila later on. Anyway hope nakatulong ako sa mga questions mo.

Yes. I think wala naman problema un. Umuwi ako last july2016 kahit in process pa kami.
