hello???gumalaw kahit konti ang application ni hubby ko lol.dahil nahuli namedical yung non accompanying dependent nya na anak sa ex nya ,ngayon check ko sa mycic medical -passed na..yung iba not started at naka review pa.

Hi! Yes, kailangan yun. It is stated on the Guide. Accompanying or non-accompanying dependent will still have to undergo medical exam. If you think this will cause delay sa application nyo, pwedeng hindi nya i-declare yung anak nya. If he will do this, he should be firm with this decision na wala syang anak because if in the future at hinanap sya ng anak nya and he thinks and decides of sponsoring the child, it will never be possible anymore. CIC will take it as "misrepresentation" and it could cause him of losing his PR and/or citizenship.

If may naka-attached ng statement and you were not asked to submit more docs, it might be that the supporting doc has been accepted (hopefully).

hi?yes kailangan talaga magmedical non accompanying .sa case ng friend ko same situation talagang hiningi medical ng anak nya dun din sa ex.sa case ko naman alam ko na right away need ng medical .kaya noong pinasa ko noong march app ,halos lahat ng nabasa ko dito almost same date sa akin ,passed na yung medical sa mycic.noong june1 may aor 2 generic.nakiusap n kami na imedical yung bata at pumayag naman.pinasa namin emedical at aom thru mail noong june23 ,and now tadannnn medical -passed na sa mycici..hehe..

hi? i think gawa lang kayo waiver na siasabing understand ng hubby mo na kapag d namedical eh di nya massponsoran in the future.hinatyin nyo na hingiin ng immigration kasi ganun yung sa friend ko hiningi talaga medical ng bata.

Hello po, nakareceive napo kami ng AOR2 email, at im assuming po na yung generic email din ang nareceive namin kasi sabi po dun if you have not submitted the documents yet, we should submit. ang kulang pa po namin ay AOM ng sponsor. so kailangan ko napo ba isubmit? hindi ko po ba dapat antayin nalang muna na hingan kami? kung isasubmit po, by email po ba or by mail? kasi sa AOR2 email ko po, nakalagay ang instructions "submitting by email" di ko po sure if generic din ba itong nakasulat na to or para samin talaga specifically. Thanks.

Ang bilis ng processing ng sa inyo! Magaling ang Officer na humahawak. Goodluck sa application nyo. Same din ng letter namin nakalagay PSA AOM of you and if applicable your sponsor. Pero chineck ko ung cic link account. Hindi pa nila inupdate ang status if nareceived na nila ung additional documents na sininend namin thru email.

Tinanong mo ba bakit ganun yung sa return address? As per Guide 3900, return address should be Your Name, Your Address, Your Postal Code. About the addressee, okay lang naman siguro yun.
