Guys I'm new here sa Canada May 1 lang dumating. Plano ko kunin fiance ko and i will be going home few months after I'll get my PR card to start sponsoring her. Prob ko guys is hindi pa ako pwede makakuha ng OPTION C. Malaking problema ba yun? I will be starting my job tomorrow also. Another prob ko din is pag uwi ko sa pinas sure ako mawawala tong job ko. Malaking problema ba sa application kung wala kang JOB and OPTION C printout? Maraming salamat po sa inyo.

Hello antoyax alam ko po importante yang 2 binanggit mo kasi if you are sponsoring some1 ikaw ang liable sa knya from clothing shelter food and all kea dapat mong mapapatunayan na eligible ka

Hi! I just received my PPR. Yung akin mageexpire ng april 2017. Sa ppr, it says kelangan 12mos ang validity ng passport mo. I email mvo and they allowed me to submit mu current passport kahit less than 12mos ang validity. I think sayo irenew mo na kasi diba sa pinas di ka allowed na magtravel if less than 6mos ung validity ng passport mo. Hope this helps.

Hi newbie here my husband and i got married may 20 and we finally got our marriage cert. But we noticed there was an error sa citizenship ng husband ko at ung mother in law ko nakalagay kasi "FILIPINO" instead of "CANADIAN" tas ung first name naman ng mother in law ko nilagay nila is "CRISTINA" instead of "MaRY cristina". Though we applied na for petition pero sabi nila ndi daw sila sure kung maaapprove ung changes namin we need to wait for 4-5months for that. Ngaun we would like sana to start applying na pero we cant start because of that clerical error. Ang tanung ko is it okay to apply parin pero we will add a sworn affidavit explaining the descripancies of the document? It is so depressing kasi nadedelay ung application namin...

By that you mean 6 months before the sponsor send the application or 6 months before the file was forwarded to local VO?

I believe your application gets "locked in" on the first AOR date which is when they receive your application in Mississauga, so dapat the police certificate must be requested no more than 6 months before you send your application.

I guess it is better na magparenew ka na kasi sa PPR sasabihin din na dapat valid for atleast 12 months ang passport mo. incase mag PPR ka, attach nalang a letter explaining na nagparenew ka because paexpire na passport mo in less than a year

In case ba na PPR na then nasubmit na ung pp, pwedeng pick up na lang? may work kasi ako and minsan lang ako mauwi sa amen. possible ba un?

Berna, update ka hah pag nag VOH ka na.

Sa case ko naman, kahit wala pa VOH may date na ng landed.. so basically di ko na masyado iniinda ang pagdating..alam ko darating din yan sometime bago sila mag land. Booked ko na ticket habang mura pa.

NBI Clearance using married name, IMM5406E and Advisory on Marriage po.

Missed quite a bit of new posts and back reading, I saw yours. Kelangan ba talaga married name na sa NBI clearance? My NBI will expire this October and I plan on getting a new one and that's what I will use when I send our application to CIC or CPC-M.

Anyone may respond. Please advise. TIA

Has anyone tried requesting to MVO for the "Request Letter" required for Police Certificate? for those folks who stayed in another Country for more than 6 months...
I sent them email..they keep sending me this reply, :'
