Hopefully PPR soon but the best thing is that there already are some PPR's for August applicants even if its not me so it shows that CIC and CEM are moving. We'll all get our turn

GCMS notes are notes created by Canada Govt' as part of their access to information or privacy act. It measn that you can request for case specific notes regarding your application to sponsor or application for permanent residency. You will see notes on that on which stage of evaluation you are in (page 2) and the notes created by case managers on their evaluation of and initial findings on your application.




For the GCMS notes Sponsor will need to order thru this website

Note that the sponsor and principal applicant will need to fill up an authorization form (IMM 5475) where the principal applicant authorizes the sponsor to request for information on his behalf. Sponsor will be charged CAD 5.00 for this which is fairly cheap. You will promptly get the notes a month after the request provided the information you shared is correct.

Baka po may makasagot ng tanong ko.
Hindi po kasi ng upfront medical ang hubby ko. Sa SA letter po sa bottom part my section dun about Requirements of Medical Examination. Nakalagay po kasi dun na pag di pa ng pa upfront medical ang sponsore person pwede siya mg pa upfront at ipadala na lng sa Manila VO as a case enquiry.(kung tama pag kakaintindi ko)
Tanung ko lang po kung pwede na siya mg pa upfront o hihintayin nya na lang ang request ng CEM?

Last week Ive been to MECO office asking for renewal sa Taiwan police Clearance ko kasi nakakuha na ako dati sabay ko sa mga application papers ko but then nag email sken ang Manila Canadian embassy to submit uli sabi ng MECO 4weeks to 6weeks pa ang Dubai police clearance naman medyo matagal kasi after NBI dalhin pa DFA then, UAE embassy Manila then, to Dubai uli then nagkaroon pa ng problem ako sa Dubai kung sino pakisuyuan ko so need ko na ba ipasa ngayon yung ibang docs na hinihingi nila at gagawa ako ng letter na to follow na lang yung police clearance na iba? Okey lang ba yun hindi ba yun maka affect sa pagkadelay ng application ko or madeny instead kasi incomplete! Salamat po ng marami

October 2015 applicant po ako. Basta Dec 2016 na transfer yung file ko to Manila then FEb 23 2016. Additional Documents is requested kasama nga doon yung mga police clearance sa mga bansa kung saan ako nag work. At kasama pa baptismal what if walang baptismal pwede na kay ang original birth certificate? hayyy medyo stress kasi salamat po sa lahat ng mag advice really need your help! Thanks uli

first time ko po dito sa forum, last March 7 napadala ko na po yung passport ko , mga gaano po kaya katagal yung visa? sabi po nila sa letter within 90 days ay ibabalik nila yung passport with confirmation of PR or with visa na, marami pong salamat.

Hi there, ako naman eh sa Taipei police department ko kinuha via mail two weeks lang po for my opinion lang po eh mas maayos po ang process pag complete nyo isubmit yong additional documents

Im not sure kasi ako 2015 ako kumuha at mag expired si sa June 2016 pa but then ask ako uli to submit it again together with my other supporting and missing docs.
Worried ako kasi hindi ko macomplete lahat ito lang naman yung Taiwan police at UAE police clearances pero possitive pa rin ako na maging okey lahat gagawa lang siguro ako ng letter na to follow na lang yung iba basta isubmit ko na lang cguro kung anong merun.
