I agree that sounds like decision made? Maybe it's decision made, now send us the passport so we can stick on the visa?
Compared to others, send us passport so we can start processing your application? What does your PPR e-mail say?

It was stated in my ppr that I need to submit the passport and appendix A to complete the assessment of my application

Hello everyone. June 12, 2015 applicant here. Inistart iprocess ang application ng asawa ko sa Manila nuong august18, tapos today may nareceive xang email na nagrerequeat ang visa office ng 6 pictures at kailangan sagutin ang appendix A, pero wala pang passport request. Normal lang po ba yun? Although upon checking ecas, in process pa lang naman. Nagworry lang ako kc yung ibang nababasa ko sa forum, pag sumagot na ng appendix A eh passport request na. Thank u po sa mga sasagot.

When was the line added in ECAS "We sent you correspondence on August regarding the decision on your application"?
Because I've noticed that the line item comes before the actual correspondence comes.

They updated the ecas 2 days after they sent to my email the ppr. We sent you correspondence on Aug 12 regarding decision on your application.

Im still working abroad Thailand in particular. Yeah its true hindi pa ako nag PPR. pro sa update nang ecas ko in process na for 3 weeks now .. last request was AOR appendix a, nbi, at police clearance.....

Hello ask ko lang kung ganito n b tlga kabilis yung processing time ngeon kase yung mga nakikita co sa forum natin karamihan my PPR n 3 months after mafile ng application nila kung titignan mo kase yung processing time nung cic website nkalagay 16 months? After ba nung PPR gaano katagal bago lumabas yung visa? Thanks.

maybe that's one of the reasons why ndi nila hiningi passport mo, they're thinking you might need it para umuwi sa pinas or travel somewhere else..so don't worry too much if wala ka pang PPR, prinoprocess na nla application mo even without the passport & later on na nla hihingin un kpg ready na ung visa..

mine says:

1.We received S's application for permanent residence on June 2, 2015.
2. We started processing S's application on August 11, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.


it was only #'s 1 and 3 since last Wednesday, and then today when my husband check the email ( also check your spam/junk folder fyi) he got an email saying they assigned a fike number for him and they have started processing his application for PR on Aug 11 but somehow there was a part on his email that was highligted and said that:

At the end of this document is a request for additional documentation required within 30 days.
Once you have complied with this request, if any additional information or documentation is required to assess your application, we will contact you or your designated representative.
Please note that the documentation requested in this letter is required even if you receive a subsequent letter from our office asking for additional documentation.


but we looked at the attachment and it was only showing the "government of Canada logo" that we see on all their correspondence.
anybody had the same issue? because we don't wanna be missing a doc that we were supposed to submit in the 30 day period if there ever was.

What documents are they asking for. If it included the appendix A then you should be able to download it. Have you tried moving out the mail from the spam folder and opening it once again?

we read the email so many times and it was sort of the generic one? that if you change ur address, gave birth, or any other changes to personal info then let them know... but we will try moving it like you said... thank you..
