sis, yun nga mejo confusing talaga kase may child 1 na and hindi naman technically applicant yung child/(ren) diba? baka sa monday ko pa padeliver to i want to be sure first kase holiday din dito bukas.

Ganun ba tlga toffboss kasi isang appendix a lng ginawa ko,and me as applicant and ung 2 anak ko dun sa child 1 and child 2...and naconfuse nga ko kasi nkalagay sa each member of the family pero kasi naisip ko dependent ko cla kya usually under my applicationnko cla...

i researched on this matter. Some isa isa per dependent ang ginawa nila. Some only one form. Yung principal applicant gumawa at nilagay ung detail ng dependent sa child 1 etc. And wala naman nging problem

Anyway the Appendix A sent by CEM is to confirm the passport details, contact and the address where the COPR will be sent.

Congratz!! Bago lang po ako sa forum na ito...In process na din po ECAS status ko...im so so worried about this..... my husband received an urgent mail from the Embassy that need an explanation about the misrepresenation in my IMM5669 form. Instead of ticking Yes in the box. I check No, so they think i lie....anyone who here knows the same about my situation na naging ok din after yong application at na grant ng visa....

Passport request today i have been very busy these past few days ang gandang break naman neto! anyway handwritten nio ba yung appendix a? and info ko lang as applicant diba? since i have a dependent, do i need to print another appendix a for her? she's 11 yo. gandang pa birthday ni Lord sa birthday ng anak namen!

still waiting for hubs' PPR, naiwan mo na ko sis.. :'( hoping & praying na dumating na soon, bka ginagawan pa sya ng sariling letter kasi mdami syang police clearances na kulang..ndi maisend sa kanya ung normal ppr letter..hehe!

does it say on the letter what date nila nareceive ung application sis? kasi for sure same date dumating application natin sa CEM, ok na ko knowing na nakarating sa tamang visa office ung application..haha! yun kasi ung worry ko, my nabasa kasi akong sa maling visa office naisend..& did your husband receive the email as well?

nagwoworry na din ako pero sumasakit lang ulo ko kaya smile na lng tayo..haha!

share ko lang experience ko nung kami ng family ko ang naghihintay ng PPR..dumating ung PPR email ng mom, dad & sister ko all at the same day, yung sakin wala...maiyak-iyak na ko, niloloko nila ako na maiiwan na ko sa pinas, but i eventually received it.

my konting pasuspense lng si PAPA GOD..dadating din un when we least expect it.

Hi sis for sure malapet kna din! Sabe sa email na receive Nila yng app ng aug 4.. And yes both kame nakareceive ng email naiwan ko nga yung phone ka ng nagchacharge kase nanood pko ng yayadub lol tas pagakyat ntawag si hubby kase mareceive Nia nga email..
