never po akong lumabas ng bansa. but after i got married sabi sa nbi may kapangalan ako and merkn nga sa fb. so baka po iyon. additional document po kami of AOM last Jan23 pa. submitted Jan 25. but til now no update in ecas or mycic that it has been received. though i received an automated email twice. and one pre arrival services email first week of march.

2. Valid police certificates from all countries where you and any family member age 18 and over have resided for 6 months or more. Police certificates which are not in English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation. Refer to important reminders under POLICE CERTIFICATES at the end of this letter.

3. Completed and signed forms:



a. IMM5669 Schedule A: Background/Declaration (Do not leave any gaps in your personal history and addresses).

b. IMM5406 Additional Family Information form

4. Identity and Civil Documents


a. For Philippine citizens:


Ø PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority) Birth Certificate for yourself, your sponsor and all dependent children. (IF BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS LATE-REGISTERED, you MUST also submit baptismal certificate and other documents establishing identity such as old school records, voter’s ID, etc)

Ø PSA Advisory on Marriages for yourself and if applicable, your sponsor

Ø PSA Marriage Certificate

Ø PSA Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) for dependent children aged 18 and above



Dpat daw po masubmit within 30 days since nareceive namin yung letter na yon. pero 3mos na nakalipas.. nung tinanong ko kase yung consultant namin sabe complete docs daw kame, pero as far as I know wla po talaga kame AOM. Magssend pa po ba sila ng bagong email if need po nila yung AOM?

Napasa mo na? Wait ka ng AOR2 tapos submit mo doon. If Filipino sponsor mo, yes, hinihingi nila.

Salamat sa reply. Ako ung sponsor. Hihihi. Ndi ko kasi sinama ang birth certificate ko. Wala kme AOR 2. Nung dec 28, 2016 ng start proccessing.

Hello po PRVC ask ko lang if magssend sila ng another email if di ako nkpagsubmit ng AOM since AOR2.. Sbi po kase nung consultant wala na daw kulang pero wala talaga kame sinubmit na AOM..

really?? yes i am Frc as well but until now no updates not even my husband's medical reflects in his ecas and my cic..BG not started as well and its going to be 6 months on march 21,2017..im being postive that updates will pour for us soon..lets keep the faith
