Waiting is so painful! I am not going to request the case notes just yet. The CIC time line says most cases are completed within a year and not to bother them until after this time passes. So I will try to be patient until mid May before I start to do anything further. Until then, I will just sit and read here and be happy for those that are already approved.

The hard part is, I have not seen my wife in a year. I chose not to go there thinking that at any time, we could get approval, so better to save my money. I didn't think that we would still be waiting. Now I don't know what to do.

Question lng po regarding "conditional 51' ,i got this on my COPR. Ngayon kc, ng work ulit si hubby sa camp in alberta ,for 22/11 so he be home (Vancouver) only for 11 days, then 22 days on camp.
Will this situation affect that "conditional 51?

To maintain their permanent resident status, the sponsored spouse or partner is required to cohabit in a conjugal relationship with their sponsor for a continuous period of two years after the day on which they became a permanent resident.

Sa ecas last updated nila sa kin nov 2016 pa nung padalhan ako ng request letter for my medical (re med). AND in process pa din. Sa gckey nung last friday lang nakapag log in husband ko sa tagal na namin nag try mag log in at nakita namin yung BC ko IN Progress na. Humingi na ng tulong sa MP husband ko at sya lng nakakita din ng exact update sa app ko at sinabi nya sa husband ko na medical/security/criminal checks completed na at anytime daw makaka receive na kami ng decision.. kaya malaking tulong sa min si MP dahil before wala kami alam sa nangyayari sa app ko dahil ang ecas hnd nagbabago.

ganun ba? how bout pre arrival email? kelan ba expiration ng medical mo nung una? hmmm may frend ako ng remed din sya.. after that a month ng ppr na.. malapit na yang sayo! panu ba magcontact ng MP?
