Hi Guys, i found out that my friend ECAS is 1line on SA side and her husband is already here.... hmmm...she is August applicant....

Patience lang po wag ma stress ... sabi ko nga sau 4 to 6 months aantayin natin

Is he still eligible for spouse sponsorship ?

Ung sa personal history po base dun sa form IMM 5669, just make sure po wlang gap. Ung sa date: month and year lng nman po un.
Good thing po, Meron n po update apps Nyo, means niwowork out n nila. Hoping after you submit that PPR n next

To be honest I dont think he can sponsor but tell him to call head office and ask. Although someone mentioned he has option C the most important thing is will he have the money to support someone who is being sponsored. He has to show some sort of ongoing income and i dont think EI qualifies which is why they ask for letter of employment or pay stubs ON TOP of option c and notice of assessment. But you can double check and ask.. but i know being able to support the sponsored person is crucial to being approved.
