Yup alam ko kasi 1 year old na ung bata nong pmunta ako dto.. di ko dineclare kasi wala ako name sa BC.. gumawa ako ng affidavit kasama ng mga application namin pero ang gusto ko mlaman kung tanggap ba ng immigration yong affidavit ko na nag ppaliwanag sa hindi ko pag declare sa bata.. ibig sabihin kaya nito walang problema sa kanila ang d ko pag declare sa bata?? Or CIC manila parin ang mag ddcide abt in my case?

Yes, yung VO mo pa rin ang magdedecide which is Manila nga. No one here can say for sure kung di ka magkakaproblema or hindi, kung massponsor mo pa ang bata or hindi. But as long as you did your best to explain or justify your circumstances, I think you can be given a chance na maassess ang situation mo at ma-sponsor ang bata. Ang mahirap lang kasi is if you are "fully" aware na anak mo yung bata kahit na Unknown ang father ng bata sa Birth Certificate, you could have done Paternity Testing to correct this prior to your landing at para maisama sila or ang bata for that matter. Ngayon ba, na-correct na ba ang BC ng bata at ikaw na ang nandoon or di na pwede? This could be one of the reasons na pwedeng sabihin sa iyo.

Pero kung naexplain mo naman nga nang mabuti na di kayo okay ng wife mo at that time, may chance na mag-push through ang app ninyo given you have provided enough proofs/evidences of your circumstances. Kaso kung fully aware ka at di mo ginawa ang best mo to correct the misrepresentation, that's something I am not sure about.

Pero to answer your first question, technically without all the circumstances na sinabi mo, di na massponsor ang bata kasi deliberate ang hindi pagdeclare. Kailan ka ba nag-file ng sponsorship?

Mom ko kasi nag sponsor sa akin non that time so dependant nya lang ako so were not aware po regarding sa mga immigration rules which i stated in my affidavit of honesty.. pti mom ko gumawa rin ng affidavit nya kasi finile nya papers ko year 2010 pinanganak bata year feb 2013 at hiwalay kami ng asawa ko noon at d ko alam na may anak ako sa knya nlaman ko lng nong namatay father ko oct 2013 nong bumisita sya sa amin at sinabi na may anak kami...

Pero na approved ako dto sa Canada as a sponsor, unknown father ng anak ko sa BC kasi nagka problema kmi ng wife ko pero di pa kami kasal non that time.. na forward na sa manila papers nila..

Sa pagkakaalam ko dito pa lang sa CPC mag dedecide na sila kung di pwede mo ma sponsor ang anak mo ...alam ko part
ng eligibility assessment yan sa pagiging sponsor mo kung sa tingin nila hindi sya member ng family class ...SA mo palang

I am not sure kung dito ko nabasa o somewhere, na ang CIC is checking LinkedIn account of an applicant, may nagview kasi ng profile ko in a private mode about 2 days ago, but when I check MyCIC, BC is still not started... probably it is not CIC yet? Nakakainip... but still, we have to wait...

Meron bang message na lumalabas sa email ninyo na nagsasabing full ang inbox ng recepient kaya hindi kayo maka send ng email? Kung wala ay check ninyong mabuti ang email address at siguraduhing tama - maaring mali lang ito.

Yon din ang pagkakaalam ko na dto pa lang sana na denied na ako pero eligible nman po daw ako to sponsor my family.. kasi inamin ko ang pagkakamali ko, with affidavit.. but im still hoping na sana maawa at maintindihan ng cic tungkol sa case nmin..

To add to the last response, if they specifically requested original documents to be sent (i.e. Police clearance), then to you have to send it by mail to CEM through VFS.

Parang may nabasa po kasi ako before, that CIC is checking applicants linkedin account in a private mode. Part daw po ng background check. Since I am a little paranoid so I am assuming that CIC checked my Linkedin, too. Hehehe... weird but who knows, that could probably be CIC.

I also assumed that MyCIC and eCAS will change or add status info kung bina-background check na nila ako. But then again, let us hope and pray that PPR will soon come.
