For Birth certificate:

The sponsor in our application was born in the Philippines. Sponsor became Canadian citizen just recently, but we have decided to include the sponsor birth certificate just to make sure. Sabi kasi nila pag PR or citizen ang sponsor, no need na for BC. Kaya lang wala naman naka indicate na ganon sa AOR2, humihingi lang sponsor's BC. Kaya we have decided to include it na lang.Just to be sure...

Congrats! It seems like we are going to be the next lucky applicants who will receive the most awaited PPR. July applicants are starting to receive their requests.

I just wanna ask thess39, do you have any format you used when sending requested documents to cic manila or you just attached the documents? Kasi sa akin, I put the name, UCI and application number of the PA as the subject, and in the letter is a short message of what documents are attached. Maraming Salamat!

When the embassy requested for our RPRF , Subject : UCI/ Application # / Applicant
Then same ng ginawa mo, short letter telling them ano yung attachment.
