Kunwari po, NBI. Thanks! Actually, yung sa FBI PCC ko, ang tagal kasi. Gusto na namin isubmit yung app eh. Kung di ko pa sinama, kailan po ba siya hihingin?

Pwede nman po ung NBI lng and just include proof that ur FBI still in process. Kc sa first stage ng application is sponsor side then after once na forward na app mo and Meron kna AOR2 pwede mo n rn submit ano pa kulang.

Nakakapanghinang malaman na na-13,500 ako. P5,500 din yun ha.

Pera pera talaga sa St. Lukes. Kaya yung husband ko doon ko sa IOM Makati pinagpamedical. Wala naman ganyang additional test.

We've been in St. Lukes nung kami pa lang mga kapatid ko at father ko ang nagpprocess. Nagkaron din kami ng additional tests like hepa. Then yung father ko, sabi nakitaan ng spot sa lungs. He needed to undergo some medications daw. Thats the reason why our application took so long noon. Then same case with my brother-in-law na wala naman bisyo pero may spot din sa baga.
Worst case scenario on his time, he needs to go to St. Lukes Bocobo everyday to make sure he is taking his meds. Take note, everyday daw pero holiday sinabihan sya na wag magpunta. Eh yung meds na sa kanila. Stupid diba. Hahahaha.

Anyways, a piece of advice lang. WAG NA KAYO SA ST. LUKES KASI BUBUTASIN NILA YUNG BULSA NYO.

Not sure , since nkakareceive ko lng ng AOR2 then ng email Aq ng panibagong NBI plus additional relationship proof. I'm expecting they will look at our papers again after couple of days till a month. If Meron pa kulang they will request it.
I'm sure ung FBI mo ready na bago pa nila ma forward app Nyo.

sa amin po noong nagaor2 then sinend namin ung emedical ng anak ni hubby original copy sinend namin sa mismong makati then after 6wk nag update na medical received...then noong nag ask ng additional proof aftet nasend namin mga 5wks nag update na uli..i think max mga 5-6 wks aftr nila mareceive mga hinihingi nila

During checking nang security and criminality. Usually pag nasa MVO(Manila Visa Office ) na.
My file was transferred in Manila 29th of March. Di nag ask PCC sa akin kasi straight forward app ako.
Pero I noticed one fellow feb applicant, PCC was requested around September sa kanya, iisa Visa Officer namin. Yun visa officer na di nagsend nang AOR2 pero magsend lang pag importante,like PPR EMAIL at PCC Request.

Because that's what they told the ignorant me. Makulit na nga ako sa lagay, at nanindigan sila na kailangan.

Again, this is my case from St. Luke's Ermita.

So this is a warning for for future applicant. Dont go to st lukes. they ask for stuffs not included in application.

My husband also went to St.Luke's for medical. Nirequire sya ng psych test and meet the psychiatrist/psychologist. Kaloka! Additional bayad and another punta ulit. Nung bumalik sya for the test, wala pang 5mins ang procedure at ok na daw sya! What the heck.

Nakakadismaya lang na reputable hospital naman ang St.Luke's pero kailangan pa nilang mang "raket".

Dame nakitang complaints sa St.Luke's sa medicals nila nung nag ssearch ang asawa ko. Kaya di na sya nag risk pumunta dun. Ok naman sa IOM. May nakita sila sa lungs ng asawa ko na cloudy spots pero sabe ng doctor wag mag alala normal lang daw sa mga applicants ng pinas ang ganun. Nag ok nga naman lahat. Haha.

Meron ba dito PR sa Canada tapos umuwi ng pinas for marriage? Yun kasi ang balak namin ng fiance ko early next year. Uuwi ako, papakasal kami then pasa na ng application right after marriage. Alam nio po ba kung may need pa akong documents na dalhin pauwi? Baka kasi may ma-miss ako sayang yung time. May nabasa ako yung Legal Capacity to Marry Certificate kaya lang di ko alam saan ba sya kukunin, Ph embassy ba dito or sa Manila. Salamat po sa sasagot God bless sa lahat ng applications nyo

Yes. I resorted to this clinic kasi madaling puntahan lalo na sa mga kagaya kong from province at di kabisado ang Manila. Now that I know better and personally na-experience ko ang di makatarungan at sapilitang additional tests, I'm discouraging all future applicants din to have their medical exam from St. Luke's Ermita.

Better yet go to IOM.

IOM din kami nagpa-medical before nung sa application ng nanay ko. very straightforward yung IOM pinabalik nia lang tatay ko kasi may something sa ugat nya tapos ok na.

hi po?yung legal capacity to marry cert is for canadian citizen lang po na kukunin mismo sa canadian embassy sa makati..mag apply lamg po kayo ng marriage licence pag uwi nyo.the usual step pag magpapakasal sa pinas..pag narelease ung licence pwede na po kayo magpakasal church ,civil wedding etc..wag po kayong magpapakasal under the article 34 lalo na kapag kulang na kayo sa oras para di kayo magpakaproblema sa sponsorship.Goodluck po

Kasi po kinakabahan na ako 1week na po since ng update ung My CIC ko (in process background check) na po ung asawa ko wala pa rin po kami narereceive na PPR.
