Just keep the faith, good thing they are asking for some proof, meaning they are giving you thorough investigation and giving you chances to prove your relationship! It'll be ok for sure... You mentioned nadeploy ka rin po sa US, if ang visit mo ay 6months cumulatively, they might require you to get the FBI Clearance din po.

Per deployment po more or less 3 months ang duration. Need pa din po ba? It's more of a training and KT sessions of software applications.

Pero if ever na need po pano makakuha ng FBI clearance? Through FBI website?

Based on their guidelines kailangan lalo na kapag ang total number of stay is 6 months. When you do your personal history na lang don't forget to mention it, also do not leave any gap in your history. I suggest you browse all through the necessary forms kasi maraming kailangan. And start gathering evidences. I read nawala files ninyo from 2008-2014. May Facebook ba kayo? If yes, you can also take screenshots of it and attach it to your app.

Wala po kami FB. We have emails and a lot of pictures naman pero hindi lang complete sa timeline. I think na save yung yahoo messages namin. Medyo matagal din kasi kami almost 10 yrs na. Kaya yung ibang mag pics and other stuff hindi ko na mahanap. Ty po.

You surely need one. Matagal ang processing ng FBI results. 8-16 weeks. If you are a US Citizen or Permanent Resident you can use an approved channeler by the FBI.

If you are located anywhere near Manila, you can have your fingerprints taken in Camp Crame. You can buy the FD-258 online or print it at home on a white card stock paper. You have to fill up three forms before you send your application, the FD-258, the application form, and the payment form.

You can go to CIC website and check how you should get the FBI Cert. May guidelines doon and you can also search the FBI website itself.

For non-American Citizens or PR, expect long wait times.

BE CAREFUL and CLEAR po about civil wedding. Nung time na magpapakasal kami ng hubby ko (civil), wala kaming idea na may ibang klase or category pala at hindi naman properly inexplain ang options namin. Meron pala na hindi na daw kailangan ng marriage license kase may Article X na parang palalabasin na nagsama na kayo or nakatira sa iisang bahay.

Sa sobrang ka-excitedan namin ni hubby, na-ignore namin yun kase ang gusto lang namin that time ay magpakasal. Luckily, parang gut feeling at bothered talaga ako, tinawagan ko ang magkakasal sa amin to verify and para akong nabuhusan ng malamig na tubig nung na-explain sa akin. I was so upset talaga kase feeling ko naloko kami (tipong basta maikasal lang). They asked us to pay again for the marriage license. Doble gastos but still I'm so thankful na nalaman namin ahead of time.

Makikita nyo po yung options sa likod ng forms na pipirmahan nyo. Hindi po pwede yung option na nagsama na kayo in the past kasi considered as misrepresentation sya UNLESS nadeclare kayo as common law when he/she became PR.

Oo kasabay ng application dapat. You also have to get it after the last time nang pagpunta mo doon. At kung saan mang bansa ka nadeploy for a total of 6 months or more, you need to get one din.

Thanks po! Last ko po na deployment was 2013. Maliban sa Crame wala na po ba pwede makunan for finger print? Will do the research. "Kung hindi puputok ang bulkan hindi kikilos" LOLsss...need ko na kumilos! thank you po!

Yes, Oct11 in Canada nagchange status nya BC to IP, Oct12 PPR, Oct13 sinubmit ni hubby passport nya, and Oct18 APPROVED and CLOSED na status namin sa mycic. Waiting na lang kami na ma-ireturn ang passport. So mag-empake na! Heheheheh!
