June 28, 2016: Received a text message from VFS regarding incorrect photos and missing Manager's Cheque of P290
June 29, 2016: Submitted correct photos and P290 MC via walk in to their office in Makati
June 30, 2016: VFS forwarded the requirements to MVO
July 13, 2016: DM
July 14, 2016: VOH

My spouse ordered a total of 4 GCMS notes from October 2015 and all information in the notes are the same. The only added info are the email we sent to MVO regarding status update requests.

Question po, pag ang sponsor ba eh Pinoy but already Canadian Citizen, hinihingan pa ba or need din nya magpasa ng Birth Certificate? If it is, kelangan ba PSA copy or pwedeng photocopy lang? Sana po may makasagot. Thanks!

Cenomar lang po ang sinubmit ko at hindi po ako hiningan ng AOM. Canadian Citizen po ang sponsor/spouse ko kaya hindi sya hiningan ng AOM or Cenomar.

Canadian citizen na ako pero nag send paren ako ng PSA issued birth certificate. Cenomar, Advisory on Marriages, birth certificate dapat lahat galing sa PSA.

I recommend na mag order ka through online sa PSA ng 2 of each. Mejo mahal lang pero worth it naren, kasi last week nag ask yung canada embassy ng advisory on marriages ko, buti na lang meron akong extra na inorder kaya napadala agad instead of ordering again and maghihintay ka pa ng delivery.

sponsor's canadian passport (or PR card): pang proof of citizenship = eligibility to sponsor
PSA: pang proof of marriage

hi?nabasa ko ung reply ko may icocorrect lang ako.basta psa all original copy.canadian citizen ako pero ung advisory on marriage ng hubby ko ang sinend namin tska yung birth certficate nya na original copy..bale siya lang ang nagpasa ng mga yun..
