PDOS QUERIES

Hi, I am currently doing R&R for my PDOS and have some queries here. Hope somebody here can help me

1. Do I need to bring the same 2x2 or passport sized photo as the one I uploaded in the online form?

2. Do children exempted from PDOS still need to register online? Will they also pay the 400php fee?

3. My only valid ID (aside from my passport) bears my maiden name. will that be a problem?

4. Do I need to bring my CoPR with me?

hi, for the picture yes can be passport size or 2x2

for your children it is case to case basis, e.g if your child is 12 below, he/she is pretty much exempted for peer counseling but still needs to register.
If he/she is 13 yrs old above he/she shall attend the peer counseling.

for your ID yes that will be a problem. dont bring any Id's that bear your maiden name, they might question you, we dont wanna have any hassle right?

bring your CoPR with you. in case.

- You can send either of the two. I send my addtl docs before thru courier so all you need to do is wait for the MVO's update. If VFS, pwd din but may bayad for text message for you to be updated and meron din sika track number na ibbgay where you cn track it.

Yung May 31 nag request sila ng add.documents then i submmited it June 01 send ko sa mail via LBC then til now wala pang update favor naman kung meron kang update PM mo ako thank you

Hello guys, may question lang ako ang Philippine Statistic Authority ba at NSO ay iisa? Kasi ping sasubmit ako ng pagkadami damming documents na na sign ko na and send ko sa Canada pero hinihingan pa din ako. na sent ko pa man din any original copy ng Birth certificate NSO ko and our marriage certificate, and also ung IMM documents, na sign ko na naman un, and also this If the NBI Clearance shows any of the following remarks: Record as Stated, No Criminal Record, or No Pending Case, you must also submit:
• Certification issued by the NBI outlining all criminal charges/cases including the description of each charge, date when each charge was filed and the disposition of each charge;
• Own written detailed account of circumstances surrounding and leading up to each criminal charge listed on the NBI certification;
• Regardless if case is dismissed or ongoing, all court documents relating to each criminal case listed which include but are not limited to police reports/blotters, court transcripts, and court judgments

I mean, paano ako kukuha neto? help naman naloka ako sa email nila. and kukuha pa ko ng police certificate sa ibang countries na natirahan ko. Thank you po sana matulungan ako.

PSA is now the new NSO under implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act 10625.
You should not get worry about the bulleted items re: NBI kung wala ka naman naging kaso before

Maghahanda na namn ng budget for 2 persons. I checked their website but for some reason,
ang para sa Canada is not listed kung magkano.

@loloi: Depende po sa inyo. If you want to use a private courier (like UPS, mga ganon) yung second. I just mailed my application through Canada Post. It wasn't that heavy. Express post para mabilis. I got a tracking number and it was delivered the next day. I used the first address.
