Yes po depende sa officer. Sa case ko po, I got my AOR2 with additional docs after 5 months from submission.

Hi bonaddictus,

Yes sa VFS Makati ako nagsubmit ng passport, in person through my relative armed with an authorization letter and my ID. The fee he paid came to a total of Php 605 which includes the mandatory transmission fee (P587) and SMS updates (P68). My passport was picked up in person too so we didn't pay the courier service fee which would have been P285.

5th month ko na rin and didn't receive anything from them. Ano ba yung AOR2 sis, may ngsabi sakin na yung line that says "we started processing your application on March 17, 2016" sa ECAS ay para na din yung AOR2, tama ba to?

Sept 21 nagpasa husband ko, Sept 24 nareceive application. Dec nanghingi ng additional docs. Tapos wala pa ring news until now 15mins away from downtown daw yung place namin.

Thank you so much for your very thorough reply. but just to be sure, I can only request for GCMS notes if I have gone over the application standard time right? this is where it gets confusing bec I don't exactly know what is the standard application time, when do we start to do the counting, from the time of application or from the time my application has started processing in Manila Visa Office. It seems to me that the Sept. applicants are getting their PPRs already, hopefully this will go fast and ours will be next soon, very soon.

Hi Guys, pano ba mag change address? Coz i am moving back to my old address kaso di ko alam kung papano mag change address. Do i have to write CEM or should i inform my lawyer first and sya na ang sumulat sa immigration on my behalf.

Ung feeling na "baka hndi ginagalaw papers namin" .. Silent po cla this time but doesnt mean theyre not working on it yung additional docs ko pala are NBI , AOM, Additional proof of communication, tska old school records. Dami noh ? Hehe

You can request your GCMS notes anytime I requested mine at the 5th and 7th month mark of our application, the first time to see if they received the documents they requested from me and the second time to see what the hell was happening in my file since there were no other updates. I found out from the gcms notes that the visa officer reviewing our application seems convinced our relationship was genuine and our application was noted as "recommend passed" so I had peace of mind that our file was okay just that it takes a super long time to process for some reason. The standard application time starts from when CIC received your file in Mississauga. Yours will be here soon, just keep the faith!
