1. Natural lang po ba na mag karoon ako ng UCI ?
2. Hindi po ba na iisa lang UCI namin ng asawa ko?
3. nag email po kasi ang manila immigration office sakin na kailangan ko ipadala yung aking CENOmar. alin po gagamitin ko UCI? sa asawa ko po ba or yung akin , pasencya napo sa question ko.. just wanna make sure lang po

yung application form ko kasi is yung pang middle east so hindi required yung Cenomar.. then nag advised yung cic sa asawa ko na i foforward daw yung aking application sa manila due to refugee application daw sa syrian ay nandun lahat sa abudhabi to lessen the processing time, pag katapos nun after 4 months nag message ulit na kailangan daw na maipadala ko yung cenomar, dun sa pdf na pinadala sakin andun yung UCI at application number ko.

nag tataka misis ko bkit me UCI number na ako iniisip namin na baka hindi mag link yung application ko dun sa account nya
kaya baka may na kakaalam ng sitwasyun namin at ma bigyan kami ng advice

- Everyone has it's own UCI number

- NO, you and your spouse will have different UCI number

- Use your own UCI as they asked for your CENOMAR

Don't leave anything blank as CIC will consider it incomplete and will cause delay on your application, if you can't write N/A while working on the computer you can always write N/A after you print the form.

one question pa po, yun pong sa document check list para sa sponsor IMM5491E, yung sa no.21 po,medical condition statement, ano po ito? ano po ang dapat ko ipasa about dito? thanks po

Dec applicant here. No aor2 from MVO yet, but how come some of the Jan 2016 applicants got their AOR2 already? even they don't have any additonal docs to submit?

Because you cannot expect consistency. If your eCAS is showing 'in progress' assume that as your AOR2.

On my hubby's case they sent him a medical request cause he didn't do upfront and he got his AOR2 right after the request.

Only the principal applicant need this form.
