I am going to try and call them so we'll see how it goes but if anybody has gone through this process any help would be kindly appreciated!

You should have changed your address when you moved. I think you should submit a webform ASAP to MNL to advise them. I would also enclose a note when you submit your PP with the new address to be sure they have it.
