I received an email on november 15 from donotreply@cic.gc.ca and found the pre arrival letter in gc key. I received another one today which is from IRCC.

Do you ppr is near?

We got pre arrival on Nov 15 and ghost update on Nov 28 and new comer email today.

Your PA passed the eligibility. The one that they sent you back then is for the principal sponsor.
