We will send you a message if we need more information.” Does this mean my background check has started?

Nice! We got DM last Friday but GCKey didn't update yet. We know its more than likely approved because it turned DM same day she got Pre-Arrival letter but still no PPR or update in GCKey other than application station showing "Decision Made"
