the aom is what you get when you are married and request a copy of your CENOMAR from NSO. NSO will see you have already been married and will issue you an AOM instead of a CENMAR

basically the AOM is the opposite of the CENOMAR

Hi there!
If you apply for CENOMAR and you are already married then PSA will issue AOM. So dapat to prove that you are already married, you must apply for the CENOMAR (AOM ang ibibigay nila) after your marriage contract is already available at ibig sabihin nasa system na ng PSA yung marriage mo. Almost the same timeline. Some people say, 2-3 months for the processing of background check.
