Just follow the document checklist (IMM5533). For my application, we sent only 4 forms (Sponsor - IMM1344 and IMM5532; Principal Applicant - IMM0008 and IMM5406) plus the document checklist (IMM5533). Pero in our case kasi we have no dependents and we did not use any representative. Make sure you go through the checklist, follow instructions and check 5 times hehe (lalo sa signatures). For the proof of relationship, do not be limited with the 10 pages and 20 photos. This is exactly what we sent: 10 pages FB timeline of our relationship from 2014-2017 - I put caption/narrative under each screenshot, 10 pages screenshot chats in messenger showing various topics (from olympics to oscars to justin trudeau - which shows span of topics and time), 20 photos of our trips and wedding (from 2014-2017), 2 postcards (with stamps) I sent to hubby (2015 and 2016), 2 remittances sent to me by hubby (2015 and 2016), Boarding passes of our honeymoon to HK, Boarding pass of hubby going back to PH from CAD, Boarding passes going back to my hometown, Hotel and travel vouchers containing our names, A valentine's card hubby gave me, Receipts of gift baskets and starbucks e-cards I sent hubby, And our wedding invitation. It is also important that there are pictures which include your family and friends to prove your relationship is strong.
I sent our application March 17 and after 6 working days (March 25) we got AOR1. Hope this helps and goodluck!
