New IRCC portal - Online application

Hello everybody,
I live in Canada. My sister, her husband and their 3 kids are planning to come visit me next summer. They are applying for visitor visa through the new IRCC portal online application. She is applying as a family. Does she need to fill separate forms for each kid (7, 4 and 4 years)? And eventually pays the visa fees plus the biometric fees for all 4?

My apologies for asking this very naive question, and I tried finding if it was asked or answer in other threads, but couldn't find anything.

You can apply as a group, when asked in the early stages of the application, and IN that one application, you'll be asked to fill out 5 separate applications as there are 5 members. One of the applicant will need to be selected as principal applicant. Fees $100 x 5 yes, but $85 biometrics is only paid for applicants between ages 14 and 79. System will automatically select this for you
