New immigration rules ???

I just got off the phone with my consultant. She told me that she has been really busy because of the new immigration rule changes that was made a few days back. She said it won't affect my CEC application but I am just curious to know what the change is.
I tried looking on the website but don't see any update.

Does anyone know about the new change ?

Pretty much everyone knows : ) But it doesnt come into effect until January 1 (and it won't affect applications in process). It's just that everyone has been waiting for more specific information on how the program will work, and CIC just released that information this week. You can see here -
