New IELTS rules

I hear people say there will be new IELTS rules for FSW. All scores must be above 7 just like Australia immigration, otherwise you can't apply. Is this true?

If that's going to be the case, a big percentage of new applicants will have a hard time.

To all prospective applicants, better start reviewing/practicing your English (Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking) as early as now.

This change is only for trade people. They want to discrease IELTS Point for trade people.

my overall ielts score is 7....but i had 5.5 in speaking,7 in both reading and writing and 8.5 in listening....
so i want to know that can i get admission to a Post-Baccalauerate Diploma(Management or Accounting) in a good university/college in Canada??
and also can any1 tell me some good colleges or univs in toronto or in vancouver??
plz reply asap....as i want to enroll for Jan/Feb 2013 intake...

It is CLB 7 which is equivalent to listening 7, reading 6, speaking 6 and writing 6 in IELTS.
