New Generic IMM 0008

Hey everyone!

Was going to mail my application today, but decided to double check application kit and saw new generic form IMM 0008 dated November 2014 ( it was not there a week ago or so).

I found so far that there is no question 4 anymore asking for "Immigration Office requested for processing this application".
Now I will have to submit this form and my previous one was dated 25 November, but this one will have to be December already. Is it ok that all rest forms dated November?

It is okay and you can submit the new form IMM0008 which would be current dated and the rest of the forms cab be dated November 25th.
