New FSW NOC 2011 Occupation list out.

Hello I have just read on HRSDC site and came to know that they have introduced new FSW Occupation list under NOC 2011 and included many managerial positions. Does any one has more idea on this one like when is it likely to be implemented? I am super interested to apply under sales manager category.

Just because HRSDC came out with new occupations list does not mean these occupations are going to be added to the Federal Skilled Worker occupation list. Most of us believe the Federal Skilled Worker occupation list with either remain the same as it is now - or change very little. I wouldn't get my hopes up that Sales Manager will be added to the FSW list.

Guys , first of i would like to thanks all the participants in this forum , as i got a good knowledge on PR application and filled , i received the medical forms to submit .
My question is , Can i use my Funds which i have Showed for CIC at the time of application , Or these funds need to maintain until i land in Canada or after landing Canada
Please help

You need to maintain these funds until you land in Canada. You will have to show proof of these funds when you land in Canada. In addition, at any time during the application process CIC can request proof that you still have these funds available. Best not to use them.

Hi everyone my question is to all the senior members
i am an advertising consultant. as per noc 2006 my category was 1122 now as per noc 2011 , they have sub categorized it as 1123

1 Business, finance and administration occupations
Major Group 11
Professional occupations in business and finance

111 Auditors, accountants and investment professionals
1111 Financial auditors and accountants
1112 Financial and investment analysts
1113 Securities agents, investment dealers and brokers
1114 Other financial officers


112 Human resources and business service professionals
1121 Human resources professionals
1122 Professional occupations in business management consulting
1123 Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations


will i be still eligible to apply under 29 categories ( in july 2012) or i can only apply if they add/change the 1122 to 1123 category.
