New Express Entry application applied & Spouse with Expired PR

Hi Team,
I have applied for a new Express entry application and i am in the early stages of the application meeting all eligible criteria. My spouse has an expired pr 10 years ago. Is it best to revoke his status and sponsor him later or allow him to be secondary applicant and proceed with the application would there be complications he hasnt met the RO. I have one daughter who is 4 and we would all like to land together. What may be the best way to proceed.

He needs to resolve his PR status first, then based on that he needs to proceed.

Who knows, maybe they might agree to renew his PR if he makes an appeal.

Can he renounce his PR now for not meeting RO and can i sponsor him once i receive my PR in a One years time is there any complications to this procedure. Appreciate your time.

He can renounce, i think it's relatively straightfoward.

There won't be any problems if you want to sponsor him for PR.

Youve been excellent in the responses thankyou very much for that one last question At the end of my PR application we can both get the PR card fly to canada while being outside the country and proceed with the landing together its that correct?
