Hi,

I applied for spousal sponsorship in Feb 2020 and here are the updates until now.

PA Country - India
AOR1 - 11-Mar-20
SA - 23-Sep-20
Biometrics - 19-Oct-20. (Submitted with a previous TRV application. Hence, not required to submit based on a new policy.)
Medical passed - 09-Oct-20
Moved to NDVO - 14-Oct-2020.
Status Processing.

Are there other applicants with similar timelines? How's the delhi VO processing going for you guys?


Also, My PCC was issued in Aug 2019. So it is expired already.
I'm guessing I should be ready with a new PCC issued. Please let me know if that is not needed

IMO, as long as your PCC was valid at the time of application submission, you may not require a new one...

no one (Indian) is getting single DM from any VO, my file is in Mississauga since MArch ,. Today i got third gcms notes , it was same as before , LAst update date is MArch 09/2020..

Did you pass the eligibility fully in the GCMS notes? I checked for my son's notes (he is also waiting for DM) and ' Final' under eligibility is blank. Is it the same for you?

In addition under eligibility assessment, my son's due date shows 26th NOVEMBER 2020. So maybe his application may get processed by that date. What is your due date under eligibility assessment?
