Hi Mdarji,

I could finally log in. It is very strange that earlier I used to login with one name and the same name did not work today. After several permutaions and combinations I could log in when I used only part of the name. I guess this means that the site has been update today.

My status is still 'in proess :'('

Even, I have experienced it many times. Specially, during Monday/Tuesday peak hours the site is always been slow or not responding or showing some errorneous pages etc..

Anyways, Hopefully their batch process is updating our status from "In process" to "Decision Made:

Guys -

btw, what are the chances of my wife's employer will get call from CIC VO for employer verification at this stage ?
As, My wife is PA and she recently put her papers on 1st mar, 2010 due to one of personal reason - although she is still serving her notice period.

Based on my two years industry exp, I would say yes, until you get the visa anything is possible. At this time the CHC's all over the world especially New Delhi have changed their proedure, they are asking for medicals and passports at the same time and that too in almost no time. This does not mean that all verifications are complete. The verifications continue after medicals, infact most inquiries that we send, result in the same response, we are currently conduecting verification and the process has to be completed before the visa is issued.

So yes, there is always a possible that a situation may come up where you have submitted the passport but certain situation may deem it necessary for you to be interviewed. In such cases interview can be arranged by the CHC before issuing visas.

i hv taken appointment wid dr Malkit Law...i talked 2 her secy bt she refused 2 tell anything..she mentiond very categorically dat reports will nt be disclosed and its up 2 me wen 2 send passports n fee...
PLS ADVISE WAT 2 DO... shud i take an appointmnt wid Dr Khosla?my friend got her medical done 4m Dr Khosla n he told her to wait till the reports..also told her dat her reports r normal...

I hate her, I have gone to her three times and she acts so b-----. I always refer our clients to Asha Behl. SHe is far much better, Malkit Law and her staff are so rude.
