but i doubt his might be a glitch for the following reasons
1) additional documents we are reviewing additional docs you provided (there was no additional document provided)
2) eligibility is under review
3) website went through a maintenance this morning
4) no pre-arrival services email or no gc key account update email
5) no updates on ecas either

i am not sure if its a genuine background check in process.

I doubt its a glitch. I called the automated phone and says the same thing. BGC in process and medical passed
