yupp it is. i always had 3 lines instead of 4. what does the 4th line say?

I have a question: We received DM last week, but still waiting for PPR. My husband has got visitor visa and we already have his tickets booked for Dec 16. I want to know if they delay in PPR or if we receive PPR is it okay not to submit the passport as it will take 10 days to come back and he was anyways going to travel for Christmas. Can he just come here on Visitor visa and we can then submit the passport? or is there a rule that if you are in India and received PPR you have to submit the passport in India?

Till the Immigration Visa is not stamped on your passport, your Visitor Visa is valid. There have been people in this forum, whose spouses were in Canada when the PPR came in and they requested the stamping to be done in Canada. That's a route you can always pursue and yes you are correct, from the PPR till the return of the passport it could take 10 days or more.

Are you seeing ECAS from a sponsors page or applicants page? If from sponsors page, it wont show but on an applicants page it will show. Could be that they havent come around updating the page. Or may be a system glitch

Tried both put noting on ecas put shows passed on mycic or mygckey

You need to contact CIC asap or have your MP get in touch with them asap. Its been more than 2 months, either its been sent in an email or post.
