SA Approval - Aug 2
File Transfer to NDVO - Aug 8
Medicals submitted upfront
my CIC showing - Review of eligibility in progress since Aug 8.
Not sure how long will it take for them to process or update the status.
My husband is sick and alone in Canada, got a back injury at work, all he needs at this time is that his wife comes back home soon. :'( :'(

You need to go to the MP of your riding - you can call them, numbers are listed for all MP offices! If you cant get through, get one of your family members to visit them and explain the issue and follow it up with an email to them!

Every MP does that. Call them and ask to email consent form to you and mail them back. I do it over phone only. You don't need there in person.

Yes im doing inquiry with my Mp today here in toronto. They said however CIC processing time is 19 months

I am not sure if i can do that, and if yes, then how should I go about it?
I was in Canada and got married there (Feb 2015) before I decided to come back to India for my Indian wedding(Dec 2015). I have been in India for more than a year now. I am working here too. Just don't know if TRV will be worth spending that much time and effort.
I learnt few days ago that if my TRV gets rejected, it also has a bad impact on my existing PR file.
