Dear Friends.

after MP inquiry they sent me additional medical report ... well in report there date was mentioned 29 nov and given 90 days to complete but i received this letter with email 3 days ago and yesterday i completed dat thing . dr. said all things fine and will forward to embassy ...

but i am tensed ... today i called to know about medical they said wait 2 to 3 days then call us back ...

in letter ndvo said before decision kindly complete this additional medical ... so i done yesterday. ...

so friends what you think when ndvo wil complete my process and wil send me PPR.... i am so worried...

Wait's almost over, matter of a week or 2 only untill you get PPR

This forum wouldn't know much about Islamabad, New Delhi generally takes a week, if there are no extra holidays apart from weekend.

Hi friends,

Dec 2015 applicant, got DM on both sides!!!

Only status has changed to DM, but when I click on the hyperlink, no change is seen in the details.

Now my application is not linked. I am becoming restless to know if my applicant is approved or not. On ECAS it doesn't specify what the final decision is made.

No additional request or no interview request made (even if it was made, we didn't receive any such request).

what should I expect now, after DM, like next process/ steps and timeline for the same.

Please share your inputs. Thanks in advance.

DM without interview is generally a good sign, expect some good news soon.

Received PPR today going to submit tomorrow via VFS how long does it take if any one have idea m trying to book ticket.

Expect to get passport back in a week, Give yourself time to prepare other documents and stuff to carry with you, 2 weeks is good enough to book a ticket. CONGRATS

I am July applicant still waiting :'(

It's so frustrating that they would not clear the 2015 applicants who have waited much much longer before they are working on 2016 applicants.

My MP is no help either. For more than 6 months they are doing background check and I had to force MP to write a letter. Just because we do not have a visa office in Afghanistan and our file is processed in India we have to wait longer sooo annoying!!!

Same here but we submitted the application in May.. I feel 2015 applicants are stuck.. why BG checks are taking ages for 2015 applicants and so fast for 2016 ones?! Frankly, it's heartbreaking for us as families Waiting to reunite

it take long if u got travel history ... Depend on how many countries u travelled can i knw ua timeline... Hope we all get ppr soon

Thanks AG all friends I did informed MP that it's all most 22 months when background check was going on and that really help me and after few days my status was changed to decision made on ecas
