I visited my MP's office yesterday in Kelowna. My husband's medical expired 6 weeks ago and we have received no re-medical request. They are contacting NDVO to find out what is going on with the application. Will update once I know more.

One important question.

Is it must to have name of husband on wife's passport? As my wife already has passport under her maiden name and she also has visit visa for Canada. As I already got all required documents from her but today one my friend told me that it is must to have husband name on wife's passport before I send application. Please advise me on it .

I come to Canada 9 years back and my passport has not my ex name. If your wife has her family name that's fine. But you have your marriage certificate.

CIC should reject cases fast, why they keep ones waiting so long prior to rejecting cases.
One should go for appeal in short time and interview cum appeal time become less
they are destroying genuine relationship

Brief background - I am a PR in Canada and presently working in Canada. Ours is an arranged marriage. I am filling spousal application for my wife.
Some of the questions and the options given....I am not able to understand. Could you or any members of the forum help me in this process.

Q3: Is there a cosigner on this application?
The form mention co-signer must be the spouse or common-lae partner. But I also read in the application guide that spouse cannot be a co-signer. Could you please let me known.

Where should my wife sign?...I mean under 'Signature of sponsor's spouse' or Signature of sponsored person (principal applicant) or both? Could you please provide information.

I know only Abu c print u can get from Canada revenue u have to call them they gone get sm information from u and u can get c print in 3week
