NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Hi friends,

July 14, 2015 applicant.
Status still shows, "We started processing your application on September 18, 2015."
Has anyone who applied in July, 2015 heard anything about their application? People who applied this year are getting PR.
I tried linking my account multiple times, but it kicks me out.

Hi hope we listen smthng soon as june applicants are now getting remedicals..it seems ndvo has started wrking better from aug 1.....bt some july applicants had recieved remedical in last month..

I have a question: She is currently with me in Calgary on a visit visa. Does anyone have prior experience where they did a remed request within Canada? What all questions were asked? She doesnt have an Alberta Health Care Card.

M also on visiter. Book appointment with Dr and take 1 copy of passport with u , passport size photograph 2,that's it . I guess u need to pay 350..

We were able to establish ties back to the home country. My wife has a job and currently she is on vacation. She will return to her job after her vacation is done. On the basis of this, we were granted visit visa.

You can link your application to your CIC account to see your file status.But if you have hired a lawyer then you would have to remove him in order to link your file.Once you link your file all communication with visa office will be through this account like medical request or passport request etc.

I applied for my husband too and he had job too but they still rejected by saying no strong ties and job he started was 1.5 yr old only

We gave job ties, showed bank accounts with enough funds and that it wasnt closed, showed loan payments on car, she has a friend's wedding in December that she has to go for (we showed that invite card).

I hope I hear something soon. Medicals were done upfront and it has expired. How long does it take after re-medicals to hear back from NDVO?
Is the process re-medicals, passport request and then visa?

Do you know how long it takes from re-medicals to passport request?
And how long it takes from passport request to visa? NDVO kept my friend's passport for 3 months before giving a visa.

I requested a release of the whole form from IRCC after my wife was put in queue for an interview. I received the note today and it has important note of missing signature in IMM5406. After examining the document further I realized the age difference between 2 siblings is only 5 months. How do I correct this mistake or typo. Any suggestions on the best way to go about this.

i believe you should be able to do this through case specific inquiry.
