Hello guys,

We are 2015 spousal visa applicants.

When you receive a re-medical request, does it come with a time limit to complete it?

Whats the average time between receiving a re-medical request to getting your passport stamped with the visa?

The reason I ask is because its been almost 9 months since we applied and want to do a trip somewhere for 10 days. In the meantime, if we get a re-medical request and we are not able to act on it immediately, will it have an impact to our application?

Hey Nav Rana,

According to me it will not affect to your file because its simply your inquiry about your file and it provide you the status of it, that what is their i.e. Visa Officers are thinking about your file.

My opinion but if possible avoid too many notes.

Jignesh,

It's good if you want to be along with her in the interview . But as far as I know they call the sponsor i.e. You in this case on the telephone & only call the primary applicant i.e. Ur wife in your case for physical interview . Still once you get your interview date you can decide accordingly. It always good to prep up questions as then you both will be ready.
Both of you must give the similar answers to pass through the interview.
Rest you can cross check with the senior members in the group.

Again thnx maggie i did not got any call from CIC for my interview strait approval i think they have query regarding my wife kids from x husband and she dont have custody or any rights for kids according divorce agreement and that is what delaying process i guess.


Another thing my brother just applied for his wife where his lawyer ask him to get sign paper from parents,friends and relative who attended marriage which proves real relationship a specially for second marriage if some one is applying and second marriage please do it.

I'm hoping due date to be the date by which you'll hear request for ppr or decision made. May be I'm just guessing.

Is there anyone in the forum who can guide on this ?

Yes i did send marriage as well as honey moon pictures, hotel booking air booking proof engagement pics as much as i can.

its really frustrating, undue time consuming process
New Delhi VO is slow other VO (even Manila, mexico) process faster spousal applications.
I hope one can apply through other VO
is it possible?

Thank you for sharing. Stay in touch we have similar re-medical Timeline, mine is a day before.

Yes, it must be submitted within 30 days.

No. CIC will decide which VO to send the file.
