It takes 2 weeks or so to get passport back from Ottawa. Have patience, it will come.

It takes 2 business days to send Passport from Alberta .. 2 business days for Ottawa to stamp and 2 business days to get back the passport.. so 1 business week in total.. i.e 2 weeks counting weekends

Its been over three weeks now. no dm or PPR... there are other waiting as well.
hope they concentrate to clear Post remed applicants now and specially May applicants.

If it is been two months, you can contact the MP offic, they will ask NDVO on what is causing the delay. They wont inquire if it is less than 2 months.

just had a telephonic interview at 8:30am it sounded very informal ...i stored their number so i was prepared instantly.
asked me basic questions
1) my wife's number (reply- i don't have it on the back of my head can i check my phone and he said yes no problem)
2) her best friend
3) place of work
4) her educational qualification
5) my passport details
6) how does she go to work
7) when did i last speak to her

they tried calling my spouse twice but she didn't respond to their calls.........so guys be prepared this came after my medicals was submitted.

Yes, as soon as possible. Write an email to them, include a copy of new passport.

I don't think MP enquiry is any kind of help for applicants. Its just a waste of time.

I did remed on 17th march and still waiting. Did MP enquiry last week they said your application looks good, no issues and just wait for NVDO decision. She said seems like your file is sitting on someone's desk and he/she did not got to it yet.

I don't know which door to knock inorder to get NVDO to sent me a passport request.

I am waiting..waiting...waiting...waiting....

All applicants waiting like me I would say there is nothing wrong with the files its just no one is working on them.
