I don't know the time exactly my husband received the mail from our consultant today that is Monday in canada

+1, I raised the same email to minister and guess what, got reply today at 3:30 PM mentioning that, no two files are same but they will check with NDVO about my application and get it processed. feeling little relaxed now.

I have also observed one thing, no country has processed the Visas in two months. This could be serious problems as well later for us
