OMG i m very thankfull to almighty god. it was very tuff for me to pass the interview. i passed my interview guys thanks for praying for me. They took my passport after i went through very hard questions. it tooks atleast 2 hours nd 30 mins with the white guy and a lady. cant wait to get my p.p back with stamp.

Hey, Could you please share the questions they have asked you if you remember some? It will be great help.

What should I do now? Medical/PCC all expired..(April 22 applicant)

This notes were generated the same day when u ordered it and it took around 30 days to reach to u...so in feb they had not touched april 2015 file so thats y u gt the above update frm ur notes.....in this past one month hopefully lot has been done with ur file......hope for the best.....hopefully u will hear something soon frm ndvo....god bless u n relax urself....

April 13 applicant here!
Remedical rqst- 7th March!
Remedical Done- 8th March!
I got a call from NDVO this morning but I missed the call! i got panicked because i wasn't expecting any call after remedical is done! I called my husband in middle of the night and woke him up and we started having bad thoughts as my passport is expiring on May 22, 2016! Which is Less than six months valid! After few hours i got a call again! Well firstly I would specially like to mention and appreciate the VO as he was so polite and cooperative! I couldn't even imagine as we all keep cursing them but actually they are doing their best to serve us! He asked me my DOB and expiry date of passport! he also asked if i got my passport renewed which i said No because I didn't want my application to get delayed due to new passport number! I asked him if its ok and he said there is no such trouble if i can make my travel arrangements before may 22! Seemed like he was really concerned because he made it sure couple of times! Later he told that i'll be receiving ppr mail within 2-3 weeks!

But guess what!! i got my ppr mail after few hours only! VO called me again to inform about the same!
My ECAS status still shows in process!
So Even if your passport is less than 6 months valid you can still get your visa stamped! I hope this information is helpful many of you!

Hi frns,

April 8th applicant. Applied notes on Feb 19th, got 'em today. Wanted to share dates and details which are interesting.

The file was moved from Delhi registry on Feb-11 and on Feb - 18 Eligibility - recommended passed (interview waived) and notes for medical require - re medicals. Criminality and security not started yet.
We got our re-med request on 25 Feb and we sent it on 01 Mar.
Now the wait continues. But it is such a relief to see interview waiver and eligibility passed.

I am Novemeber 2015 Applicant ( Applied for Wife's sponsorship). I got the AOR, SA from CIC late January 2016 and Wife received an email from Delhi Immigration stating that they have received the file.

I am not sure what to expect now apart from waiting. Also for all the experienced members, when is a good time to apply for GCMS notes. Looking at this thread, it seems NDVO takes longer than usual sometimes and as a result I want to know the status of application until its too late.

Please advise.

Currently NDVO is working on late April and early May files i would suggest to wait 3 or 4 months before you apply for notes.Based on my personal experience i got my wife's notes on march 03rd and and she is april 28th applicant and her file has not not been touched since July. Eligibility,Security and criminality check all pending.So i don't think there will be any update in your file right now.

Got an email today requesting me to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) which I had already paid upfront. Then I got an email saying it was an error and that I should ignore it as they've determined that the fee has been paid already.

Are these the signs of my application being at the last stages? Any senior member who can let me know approximately how much time would it take now to get the DM?

when did u get remedical request?

Didn't have to redo meds. Was asked to do a repeat chest X-ray back in September. I'm assuming that extended the current medical.

It tells you all the information they have entered about your file in electronic system. Including notes by Visa Officer that is checking your file.

In the early stages, you can order notes if you just want to double check that they have entered your info correctly in the file.

In the late stages (10-11 months after you applied), it can tell you how far the file has progressed such as Interview waived or not.
