Hi, I am 8 May applicant and going to apply for notes. Just to confirm do I need to fill A,B & C section of the consent form?
AS it says in section B, complete section B "if you are also seeking information of your spouse".
WE want to know only applicant file information. So is this OK if we fill section A and C only.
Please advise as your earliest. I will appreciate your help.

I usually fill out part A and C.Part A being my wife's info because i am sponsoring her.And part C i put my name and email.And this works for me.

Hi Guys,

This is to all who got doubts about submitting Passport..

You just have to take the following docs with you to VFS.

1. Passport
2. PPR email (fill up the table given as point 5)
3. PR Visa specified Photos (2nos)
4. Cash of 980 INR

Same here... i got dm on sunday... havent recieved ppr.. but sometimes it takes 7-8 days.. so i think we should just wait for it...

Same situation here as well. DM was on the 13th but no PPR yet. I'm assuming I will get it by regular post as all past correspondance has been through regular post. I had done a specific enquiry to update the file with an email address but it must not have been updated.

Gold is seen as a currency. see how much gold is valued at and weigh your gold to get an estimate. When flying to Canada, there's a part on the form where you have to declare how much is the value of goods you're bringing in. Just full of out there. If your gold, combined with money you're bringing over is over $10,000 you tick a box saying that on the form.

You can basically bring anything to Canada as long as you declare it on the immigration form. If you don't declare it, you could potentially face a hefty fine or seizure of your goods

I have a question - we got the stamp and a letter which says "not valid for travel" on it. Are these sufficient to travel to Canada with or do we need some other letter?

From where did you get the information that the government has 50 more FTEs for spouse cases? Is it for NDVO or CIC in Canada?

From Immigration Plan released by CIC and it is for all CIC network.. I think it was 180 for spouse cases and now it is 230 for this year.
