i want to confirm that in my remedical mail :

This is in reference to your visa application for Canada.

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for yourself:
Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (Attached herewith)


what should i do ? i mean should i go to hospital for a full medical as last one or i have to give IMM5459 and documents to the doctor?? plz help..

First of all congrats....your information suggests that its xray only...no blood n urine test...u need to take.
1.original passport
2.photostat of pp
3.4 photographs
4. Email printout
5. Last medical e receipt
6 Take print of attachments
Page 5 and 6 is doctor's headache.. ujust keep cool...and do what ever doctor instructs

Thats it...so dont worry. Before going to authorised doctor just take your appointment and ask him also.

Don't worry u will get something soon. I'm a Feb 4 applicant and I still haven't got my remed yet. So stay positive and be patient.

Remedical generally indicates that the interview has been waived. However, there has been one or two cases where an interview happened after remedical. So be positive.

I received additional docs request on 13 Jan. Sent on 16 Jan and haven't heard anything since
