hi guys,
I have applied for the gcms notes, but got an email for sending them consent form. in that form is it my husband who is authorizing me to get the information as well should i be replying back to the same email with attached consent form or what? please help

I got the same request and just attached the scanned copy of signed consent form.

They will send your notes after one month from the date of request given you submit the consent form without any delay.

I am still waiting to get on the list. , i can not update any section on the spreadsheet including at the bottom for new request section. can you please udpdate my info. ??


I request forum admin to add my details on the spreadsheet.

1. we received your application for PR on May 15,2015.
2. started processing your app on July 20, 2015.
3.medical results have been received ( doesn't say date).

There is no benefit in that as it doesn't matter if it is conditional PR or unconditional. You are still a landed PR with same rights.

Also, if u read carefully it says Sponsored spouses of Canadians (Not PR).

Dear All,

Today i received the Notes. Nothing was started yet. But through NOTES I found one thing that they didn't enter my wife's email address on the file. That's why she received her AOR2 by Mail.

If anyone know how can i add my wife's email address or my email address for further communication from NDVO. My email is already there in the sponsorship details. One more thing, During my Sponsorship process i sent few more pictures of our marriage and outings which they have noted down in the notes also. it was not ADR.

Shall i email them on DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca or Case specific: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new delhi???

Hi Mona,
Yes you can attached the consent form with the same email. You don't have to submit new request. I received the same request because my consent form was not legible and that replied to my email that my application is completer but I had to sent email couple times to confirm whether my application for gems notes enquiry is complete or not.

Just want to give an update that we got PPR request on Monday and passport submitted to Ottawa on Tuesday as my wife is here in Canada with me on visitors Visa.
