Can you share your timeline so that we can answer your question in better way.
As per current trend time it takes 11 to 13 months for decision made.

My timeline 23Oct2015 filed received AOR1 on 10thDec and SA on 18th Dec and AOR2 on 5th feb ecas shows in progress no other line like medical etc.. so can u guide how long it takes. I had applied for visitor visa too it got rejected but now same UCI number is being used and it shows in progress.

Hi did u file for TRV before or after your file transfer ?

@BMN it's good that there is no interview.. U can apply for TRV thn

@kapra apart from courier my lawyer also sent them mail confirmation stating we have sent all the documents via courier. We also sent one set of soft copy in the same mail.

The reason why it takes 50 + days for most of the ADR cases is because CIC ll start processing our file only after the dead line date is over. Hope you hear back soon from them.

in spreadsheet only 3 april applicant got update,i think most of april applicant like jst,jaskaur,isingh,jasse harsingh etc. are not active on forum,
thay must have got update,but priya.k is active member and she will surely post when she will get update.

Based on the trend of previous applicants getting remed or DM after ADR this is what it looks like. Because NDVO will accept any additional documents given till the last date given as per ADR.
I have not seen any ADR case getting response within 30 days from the time ADR is requested.

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to add that I got my Passport back yesterday! I had submitted it on 18th February from Mumbai & I received it on 23rd February! /My application took a total of 13 months but I'm so glad that it's finally completed now. All the Best to everyone else!! And I swear, the waiting time is too long but hang in there- it really is worth it! <3 <3

Till now only early April applicants have got re-med request. You can expect response for your application by August end or September 2016.
- You can see three lines in your ECAS. First line confirms your application being received, second tells about they started to process your application, third will tell about your medical being received.

- Each case is different in general if its a straight forward case then you will receive re-medical - DM- PPR . Few very lucky once have got direct DM and PPR with out having to go through re-meds. You can check the spreadsheet for more info.

- UCI number will be same for your PR as well as TRV. Its a unique identification number where our records are stored in the CIC database.

- You can apply for TRV again but this time make sure you build a proper case. Its not impossible to get TRV, you just need to do thing in right way. You need to convince the visa officer that you will not overstay and you will return back before the visa expires. Please refer our spread sheet. You have a tab that gives you details of how to apply for TRV.

So you mean to say 1st i should wait for the medical received line on ECAS and if my med expires only then i will receive remed mail and how do we get to know about DM do we get another email or call from ndvo office.
