File is in process. So if I apply trv, does it gonna effect my file processing speed??
Most of the consultancies do not suggest trv in this case.
What u all think??

Your file seems to be in good state...dont worry at all....ur file is moving absolutely finely.....no need fr notes or m.p enquiry right now.....be patient.......u hv jus done with ur remed...so be strong n dont worry at all... so u need to wait a little while before taking any steps....u may apply for notes anytime to see update on ur file bt according to me wait fr 1-1.5 months ...surely u will get some update before that or else u may apply fr notes n do enquiry......every case is unique so dont compare n take tension....u r in completely good state......aftr remeds it takes anywhr around 2 weeks to 3-4 months fr ppr ....so be calm fr atleast a month frm the date of submission of ur remeds......nowadays it seems that few checks still remain aftr remeds....earlier that was not the case so it is unpredictable to comment on that part so be optimistic n keep praying.....soon u vil get update frm ndvo.....relax urself my frnd.....good news is on the way.....god bless u....

There is no issue in applying for TRV while ur file is in process, just be transparent about the whole thing. Dont hide that u have applied for spouse visa... show as much proof as u can for ties in India and finances

Hello ssgmahajan....
U can apply for trv without taking any tension or any worry....bt surely be truthfull about ongoing spousal sponsorship application gvng them ur file n uci number ...present ur case very well with strong proofs...take ideas frm "visa granted to pr wife" forum.......it will not affect ur pr file at all...this r two different process....infact it will help ur case to be strong regarding genuiness of relationship in future if by chance any eligiblity issue or additional document request is asked by ndvo whthr trv is approved or not that doesnt make any difference to ur pr file.....in future if by chance u need to clarify fr ur relationship to ndvo so u may provide necessary documents to prove ur intention to be with ur spouse and will be a plus point to ur case...so be positive..... .....but surely u should avoid applying fr it again n again ...maximum twice is fine in case of first rejection that too with considerable gap between two application fr trv n ur improvement in condition which had lead to rejection.........i hope u get ur trv n be with ur spouse but dont get dishearted if incase decision is not in ur favour coz that will indirectly affect ur health n emotions....so be ready fr the worst n gv it a try.....best wishess to u....keep praying....
