Ndvo is quiet slow in sending interview letters,currently 26 June 2014 applicant is scheduled for 17th february 2016 according to 2014 forum

I hv applied fr my wife's visa on jan 30 2015...aor2 on 18 april nd since then no updates..medicals expired on 7 jan 2016.

I hv applied fr her gcms notes nd will get in few days...but since thr is no remedical im suspecting an interview....hope m wrong

Jus relax...there r two more applicants on this forum who had applied on 20th jan2015 n got remed request in december2015 and done remeds in december 2015 only n still waiting...
U may get more details of them on spreadsheet....
May be same u three of them r hvng same visa officer......
Aftr remeds u get dm/ppr in approx 3 weeks to 1.5 months and even in rare case 3 months .....so still ur wait is left....keep hoping fr the best 8)
Yessss u may check if delhi received ur remed or not by ordering gcms notes n link to apply fr it is in my signature...u will get update frm them in 30 days n sometym more days....you can get complete overview of ur file once u receive ur notes...bt remember that the notes will depict what has happen to ur file till the date u applied n not when u vil receive it.....

guess you are talking about the cic/ndvo people, how they go about the process.........
well there is no particular pattern on how they work, every case is different. there is a link in my signature, to the spreadsheet which contains the data of the forum members; i reckon you can find the answer to your question there...........

Hi All,
I have a question, I filed for my spouse in April, after that she came to USA and has been here for the last 10 months.
Do we need to update the file for travel history or like getting police verification from USA?
Or since the file was already filed, any travel after that does not matter? Does anyone know what the procedure is?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

According to my observation NDVO even take more than 30 days for re-medical after it has expired..
stay positve.. ;D Cool with god's grace u ll get a update soon.. ;D ;D
if in case u didn't hear anything after ten days try to apply for GCMS notes..
u will get a clear picture..

There are still few feb members, who havent received re - medicals.........
what i would suggest is you apply for notes on behalf of your wife. check the following link,

it will guide you on how to apply for them. cic usually takes a month to respond back.

or otherwise you can do a MP enquiry, but i would suggest you apply for notes first. for you will have something in hand before talking to the MP.

hi stev,

MP is your member of parliament.MPs cannot change a decision that CIC has made and they cannot speed up the processing of your application. Where MPs can sometimes be useful if the processing time of your application has significantly exceeded normal processing times, they can help by inquiring why the application has exceeded normal processing times.

To apply for MP inquiry You need to contact your MP in Canada. If you are being sponsored by your spouse then you should contact the MP responsible for the area where your spouse lives.You write them an email explaining your situation and ask them to inquire about your PR application with CIC. There is no standard format to an MP letter.
